Work with TTPSEC

A curated network of associated consultants. Not a headcount.

At TTPSEC SpA (RUT 77.547.404-1) we do not operate as a traditional staffed company. We are a curated network of associated consultants who deliver professional services on a fee basis for specific projects in OT/ICS cybersecurity, GRC, and critical infrastructure protection for clients across Latin America.

Each project is staffed with the specialist whose profile precisely matches the scope, industry, and criticality of the client. No middlemen, no bloated structures, no forced-fit profiles. This is how we have delivered results in sectors where error is not an option: energy, ports, mining, banking, and essential services.

Formal declaration on AI use

TTPSEC is AI-First

TTPSEC SpA expressly declares that artificial intelligence is an integral part of its operational methodology, in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, and responsibility established in the OECD Principles on Artificial Intelligence (2019, updated 2024), the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (2021), and, where applicable, the Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) for projects with European scope.

Platform and technical architecture

We operate on the Claude platform, developed by Anthropic PBC, through a proprietary ecosystem of specialized Skills — codified technical methodologies, validated in real-world projects and iteratively refined under expert human supervision — that assist our associated consultants in:

Regulatory compliance analysis (Ley N° 21.663, NIS2, NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001:2022)
GAP assessments and cybersecurity maturity evaluations
Threat modeling in OT/ICS environments using the Purdue model
Technical writing of reports and ISMS procedures
Generation of auditable evidence
Indexed academic output
Secure architecture design

Principle of meaningful human oversight

TTPSEC SpA applies the principle of meaningful human oversight in all phases of its operations. No deliverable is generated, validated, or issued to a client without the review, interpretation, contextualization, and sign-off of a certified human specialist.

Artificial intelligence is a methodological assistance tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. The technical, ethical, and legal responsibility for each deliverable rests entirely with the Senior consultant who signs it and with TTPSEC SpA.

Confidentiality, data protection, and regulatory compliance

The handling of sensitive information is carried out in strict compliance with:

Ley N° 19.628 — Protection of Private Life
Ley N° 21.719 — Personal Data Protection
Ley N° 21.663 — Cybersecurity Framework
GDPR — projects with European scope
  • Strict NDA with every client and every associated consultant.
  • Anonymization, pseudonymization, or aggregation of personal data prior to AI processing.
  • Skills executed on synthetic data in phases that do not require real data.
  • Final validation in controlled environments by the responsible human specialist.
  • Alternative architectures on a case-by-case basis for projects requiring absolute isolation.
  • Internal register of processing activities in accordance with Ley N° 21.719.
  • Express acknowledgment of ARCO rights in favor of data subjects.

No-training declaration

TTPSEC SpA declares that it does not use identifiable client data for the training, fine-tuning, or improvement of third-party artificial intelligence models.

What we require

Senior consulting with proven critical infrastructure experience.

TTPSEC operates in critical infrastructure regulated by Ley N° 21.663, NIS2, NERC CIP, and IEC 62443. In these environments, a mistake is not a bug — it is an operational risk. For that reason, since 2026 we engage exclusively Senior profiles with a proven track record.

This decision is not a judgment on junior talent, which TTPSEC continues to actively support through academia, 8.8 Academy, our open source tools, and university faculty roles in Chile, Peru, and Bolivia. It simply means that the production environments in which we operate are not the right place for a first professional experience.

University degree in engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in your area of specialization.

At least one current international certification (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CCSK, CISA, among others).

Verifiable professional ethics. At TTPSEC we validate each associated consultant's track record through direct ecosystem references, public professional history, absence of documented ethical incidents, and a demonstrable commitment to the confidentiality principles inherent in critical infrastructure work.

Formal Closure of the Early Adopter Program

Legal nature of the program

During the founding years of TTPSEC SpA we developed the Early Adopter Program, a formative initiative of a social and community-responsibility nature, directed exclusively at university students and individuals in training who were interested in entering the field of industrial cybersecurity.

The Early Adopter Program did not constitute, at any time or under any circumstance, an employment relationship, a relationship of subordination or dependency, an individual employment contract, or the provision of remunerated professional services between TTPSEC SpA and its participants, in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Labor Code (DFL N° 1 of 2003). Its nature was strictly formative, voluntary, supervised, and temporary, with no obligation to meet working hours, time-tracking requirements, exclusivity, or managerial authority characteristic of Chilean labor law.

Training roles within the program

The Program operated under two clearly defined roles, both corresponding to stages of supervised academic pre-internship:

Junior Pentesting and Ethical Hacking Analyst

In training. Oriented toward students with an interest in offensive security, under the direct mentorship of certified Senior professionals.

Cybersecurity Trainee Analyst

Oriented toward students with an interest in defensive security, GRC, and SOC operations, under permanent supervision and guidance.

Participants retained at all times full freedom to join, remain in, or withdraw from the program, as well as to pursue other academic or professional activities in parallel.

Nature of the economic incentives

The economic incentives provided to participants were of a formative and expense-compensatory nature, and did not constitute remuneration within the meaning of Article 41 of the Labor Code, nor professional fees within the meaning of Article 42 No. 2 of the Income Tax Act (DL N° 824 of 1974).

Despite their formative nature, these incentives were consistently set above the reference ranges that the Chilean market typically allocates to professional internship programs in cybersecurity, reflecting TTPSEC SpA's commitment to dignifying the training process.

The core value proposition, however, was never the amount paid, but rather the controlled exposure to real professional environments, direct mentorship from certified Senior professionals, intensive technical training, and access to the Latin American industrial cybersecurity ecosystem.

Formal closure

As of January 1, 2026, the TTPSEC SpA Early Adopter Program is formally and irrevocably closed. There will be no new calls, and no applications for professional internships, undergraduate dissertations, applied theses, or individual mentorship will be accepted. No junior profiles will be onboarded in any capacity.

Verification of training records

TTPSEC SpA maintains documented internal records of each student's participation in the Early Adopter Program. Companies, academic institutions, or prospective employers that need to verify the performance, professional conduct, attendance, ethical commitment, or quality of work of a former participant may request this information through a formal inquiry to contacto@ttpsec.com, identifying the requesting organization, RUT, legal representative, former participant's name, and purpose of the inquiry.

Verifications are conducted in accordance with Ley N° 19.628 and Ley N° 21.719, under strictly objective, documented, and verifiable criteria, fully respecting the ARCO rights of data subjects.

Acknowledgment

TTPSEC SpA publicly recognizes and thanks all those who were part of the Early Adopter Program during its active period. Many professionals who today hold relevant positions in the Latin American ecosystem participated in it, and they are part of the company's founding history.

Invitation process

How you get into TTPSEC

We do not accept resumes.

Our model is direct invitation.

When an awarded project requires a specific profile, we identify the right professional within our network, academic community, and ecosystem references, and formally invite them to participate. This allows us to guarantee our clients an exact match between technical need and proven experience, and our associated consultants a pipeline of relevant, well-compensated projects without traditional application processes.

If your background aligns with what we do, there is a good chance we already know you — or that we will find you through the communities and academic spaces where we are actively involved:

8.8 Computer Security Conference and 8.8 Academy
OT Security LATAM and Blueteam LATAM
Industrial Cybersecurity Diploma — Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH)
Academic programs at universities in Chile, Peru, and Bolivia

“The best way to reach TTPSEC is to do the work that makes TTPSEC want to reach you.”

Security notice

Invitations to work with TTPSEC SpA are made exclusively through official corporate channels. We never request payments, banking details, sensitive personal documents, or confidential information outside of a formal signed service order process.

If you receive a suspicious offer claiming to come from TTPSEC, write to us at contacto@ttpsec.com to verify it.
