TTPSEC Consultoría is the group's services arm: security for critical infrastructure where a mistake is measured not in downtime but in physical risk. We work IT/OT convergence with engineering judgment, not templates — every industrial network has its own topology, its PLCs, its inherited trust assumptions.
We operate as vCISO and as a project team: OT surface discovery, zone-and-conduit segmentation (IEC 62443), vulnerability management in environments that cannot be stopped, and support for compliance with Chile's Cybersecurity Framework Law 21.663 and ISO 27001 certification. The goal is to reduce real, board-defensible risk — without selling fear.
Every engagement is anchored in a Security Master Plan that translates risk into budget and decisions. What we propose, we apply first to our own surface.
